Digital Artisans assumes no responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information that is provided and use of such information is at the recipient's own risk. Digital Artisans provides no assurances that any reported problems may be resolved with the use of any information that Digital Artisans provides.

Products and Services:

Digital Artisans’ obligations with respect to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided. If you obtain any product or service from Digital Artisans that is provided without an agreement, that product or service is provided "AS-IS" with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, and your use of that product or service is at your own risk. All new Hardware is sold with only the manufacture’s warranty. All used and refurbished hardware is sold “AS-IS” unless specified in writing. Digital Artisans provides a six month labor warranty on new parts and a 30 day labor warranty on used parts.

Liability:
In no event will Digital Artisans be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for services rendered, any use of our web site, or on any other web site linked to from ours, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise. All information is provided by Digital Artisans on an "AS-IS" basis only. All clients are responsible for their data backup before the equipment is turned over to Digital Artisans.
