Residential Services:
PC Cleaning:
Includes: System, cards, fans and mouse (internal) cleaned and vacuumed, wires tied back and cards reseated. $35.00
PC Tune-up (Includes PC Cleaning):
The removal of unused applications, temp files, cookies, history, disk cleanup, defragment drives, recommended upgrades such as, RAM, video,
HDD, processor/motherboard. $65.00
Complete Reinstall:
Complete format of your hard drive (client is responsible for backup of data), with re installation and configuration of your Windows
Operating system and apply Microsoft security patches and updates. We will set-up your internet connection, email configuration, hardware,
and applications. $25.00/hour or $85.00 flat rate if you drop it off, We will deliver the PC back after the job is complete(client is responsible
for providing software for reinstallation)
New PC Hookup:
Digital Artisans will come to your home or office to unpack and hook-up your new computer. We will set-up any hardware,
internet connection, configure your email and insure your new PC has all security patches up to date. $75.00… $30.00/hour
for installation of additional software
Virus and Spyware Detection and Removal:
Digital Artisans will detect and remove most viruses without affecting any other software. Some Virus may require more
work or a "Complete Reinstall" (not included) to fix the problem. $50.00
Home Networking:
Many homes and small offices now have multiple computers with the need for sharing data and internet connections.
Digital Artisans can help you design and implement a network to meet your needs. We will install routers and / or firewalls
to develop a network that will make your work environment simpler and more effective. You will be able to backup data
to other computers for safekeeping, or map network drives to data that is stored on other computers. You will be able
to share internet connections, and hardware such as a printer with multiple computers to cut costs and increase
productivity. We can also help you secure your network against intruders and viruses. ($30.00/hour onsite)
Data Backup:
Digital Artisans offers multiple backup solutions. It will only take one hardware\software failure to show just how important data
backup is. We provide data backup solutions depending on the type, amount and value of your data. Price Varies
Data Recovery:
Whether your hard drive has failed or data has been deleted accidentally, we can attempt to recover your valued data.
Circumstances and time play an important factor in data recover; therefore a “best effort” is the expectation we like to set with our
clients. $60.00/hour
General Labour: Rate $25.00/hour $30.00/hour onsite (minimum 1 hour)
Pickup or dropoff service: $10.00 / Pickup and dropoff service: $15.00
